This past Monday, I had the opportunity to attend the Morton Salt’s Next Door Chef: Nashville event. This is new and unique dining experience that allows someone’s home to be transformed into a restaurant for the evening. Our hosts Travis and Claire welcomed us to their backyard that was transformed into a restaurant!
As guests mixed and mingled, Travis was paired with a professional chef and together they whipped up a delicious meal for us to try. Each dish was specially made with different types of salt, and we learned how to transform ordinary flavors into an experience of pleasure.
I plan to go into detail about this event when it airs at a later time, but I wanted to give you a quick sneak peek of this wonderful experience. This is Morton Salt’s second Next DoorChef event, and I am ecstatic that they chose Nashville to be a part of this experience.
